5 Summer Collabs To Not Miss Out On
Ready-set-go! The 5 best summer collabs are here and selling out fast.
What is it about summer that makes shopping for collabs so enticing? Maybe it’s the refreshing dose of vitamin D from the sun. The sweet taste of lemonade over ice. Or the sounds of seagulls in the evening summer air. Not to mention the Paris Olympics make us want to get in on the game.
When the top tastemakers and designers pair up, it’s worth taking a look. Here are the 5 best collabs to shop for this summer.
Cafe Leandra x Tresse
You’ll want to know about Tressé. It was launched by Ketzia and Sivan Chétrite, the children of Sandro’s founder, Evelyne Chétrite. The brand launched during Covid and became a favorite of the Mediterranean jet-set.
Glamour magazine reported Tressé has been tapping into the UK and US markets through partnerships.
, the writer behind the Substack The Cereal Aisle said of the collab, “I wanted tableware and linens with personality, that you could use year-round, and that are versatile enough for both a proper dinner party and a casual hang around the coffee table.”The tableware is eccentric and quirky. There are spiral hand-painted ceramic bowls ($65) and dinner plates ($75), scalloped flower cocktail napkins ($40) and table runners ($295), terracotta, deep blue and white linens, stemmed flower glasses ($145), and two Murano water glasses ($100).
For gifting or everyday use, a pre-order candlestick ($230), a fruit bowl ($505), and time-worth pie dishes ($295) set for a modern home. There is also a cotton and raffia apron skirt ($295) in there for the stylish chef.

J.Crew x USA Olympic Swim Team
J.Crew teamed up with the hottest Olympians and world champions of USA Swimming to create an exclusive sportswear capsule inspired by 90’s heritage looks. The collab’s campaign was shot in Long Beach, CA and Montauk, NY. It features the athletes in mostly swimwear and sweats. Who knew the salt life could look so good?
The collab captures athleticism for the beach and vintage Americana. It has been quickly selling out, so make sure to act fast. There are USA Swimming hoodies and tees, fleece sweaters with the flag, terry trousers, shorts and swimsuits. In the women’s line, there is a nice bomber jacket with gold buttons.
The Montauk Swim Tote Bag and cashmere zip-up sweater hoodie have already sold out. It really is cashmere summer after all!
But rumor is there will be a re-stock, so you can sign up online and get notified once the next wave hits.

Maryam Nassir Zadeh x J.Crew
If you’re an online shopper, you’ve likely heard of this collab by now, since it seems like everyone and their mother is talking about it. It’s because it has been a long time (since the early 2010s) that J.Crew felt this cool.
Elle magazine dubbed the collection: ‘the pieces you want to wear when the weather is hotter than hot without compromising your style’.
With nods at Western chic and downtown sexiness, the collab finds its tone on slip dressing. The embellished bias-cut slip chiffon dress caught the attention of MNZ fans early on, who posted the design that also came as a jacket on Instagram and Substack.
Sexy 90s-vibe slip dresses, sheer skirts, cross-back midi dresses and swimsuits are some of the highlights from the collection.
There’s some classic and everyday stuff too: 60s polka-dot dresses and bikinis, linen trousers, square-heel strappy shoes and a pair of mocassins. The mesh bags have become a favorite that you can wear at the beach or downtown.
J.Crew had been waiting for someone to carry the torch on New York cool, and with this collab it seems to have found its groove.

Nike x Jacquemus
As much as I like to get dressed up, sometimes athletic clothes are the most comfortable for an off-duty look. If you’re embracing sporty-chic this summer: this 3rd generation Nike x Jacquemus collab is for you.
It’s suited for a style that’s on-the-go and not afraid to get sweaty. Double-mesh jogging jackets and pants for the track, swoosh bags reworked by Jacquemus in leather, tees, swimsuits and t-shirt dresses will keep you looking sharp at the gym. Or on your way to grab an iced coffee.
The collection is built around the tri-color: red, white and blue, representing the collab’s French and American duality. It goes well in any suitcase, or wardrobe, to have a thoughtful workout look. It’s what keeps you going.

SKIMS x Team USA
Since I am in Paris for the Olympics, I know I will definitely want a tee to help me remember these Olympics. I first considered getting the official merch from the Olympics store, but finally landed on SKIMS as an Olympic alternative. It goes without saying that the shapewear brand has become a cult favorite amongst gym circles and couples. This collab between SKIMS and Team USA hits the sweet spot between merchy and minimal.
Clean, cool, and collected: there are tanks, tees, boxers, bikinis and body suits. Flirty boxers and crew socks for guys. There is a sexy dynamic to the collection, which keeps it youthful and well, American. Complete the LA look with a mini t-shirt dress and it’s ready-set-go! for the beach.
